Here’s a brief glimpse into where I am from, who I am, what I do, and why it pertains to YOU: I grew up in central Virginia and attained my graduate degree in Environmental Sciences & Engineering.
I guess you are wondering how did a science major end up in real estate? I do love the math and sciences. However, I also love my family and after living in NC, SC, and PA, we returned to Virginia to settle in Fredericksburg. What is more important than finding the right home for your special family! It was during that home search for my family that I realized I would love helping other families through this process! Real estate became a passion not a career.
A house may be walls and a roof but a home is about family no matter how big or small. It’s personal and so much more. My goal is not just to be a Realtor but to personally get to know you and the details that are important to you and to develop a trusted relationship that will help you find the house that is your home.
So now as a real estate agent, I specialize in both buyer and seller representation, including first time home buyers, relocation, and new construction. I utilize skills I picked up from my science and research days and incorporate what I can to better serve my clients. For my clients, I utilize my research skills to provide you with a in depth analysis of home values, the best pricing or negotiation strategies, and develop a marketing strategy using the latest technology for sellers.
My attention to detail, dedication, and work ethic will guide you through the real estate buying and/or selling process! I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals!
