I am dedicated to listening to each individual client’s needs and wants, then diligently marketing and selling their home or finding the right property for them to purchase. I started in real estate almost 18 years ago and every day and every client is different; I enjoy that about this job. I love working with sellers and buyers. As a seasoned professional, I am very results driven, a strong negotiator on both sides of the real estate transaction and very effective at marketing homes for sale. I also enjoy furthering my education which led to being awarded the Pricing and Strategy Advisor and Real Estate Negotiation Expert designations by the National Association of Realtors.
Real estate is constantly evolving and because of my sincere appreciation for this business, I make an honest effort to take every class possible, stay up to date with technology advances and implement the information as needed. I also keep my clients at the forefront of the shifts we often see in the real estate market. I’ve guided clients through a recession, a seller’s market, a buyer’s market, and I know how to best serve and protect them during these trying times.
Although my business is extremely important, spending time with my children Ashley and Jonathan is always at the top of my list. They are both in college pursuing their dreams and I couldn’t be more proud of them! My husband Matt and I also love boating on the Potomac River and walking our dogs, Roscoe and Bella. We love traveling and spending time with our family and friends and are known to take quick weekend trips to visit our God children.
Now that our children are grown, I am always looking for more opportunities to give back to the community. Having had a parent suffer with breast cancer as a senior, I’m dedicated to being a servant of those in need. I have assisted several community members in obtaining monetary and medical benefits and I volunteer as often as possible helping provide clothing, masks, and hair products to those going through chemo. I also enjoy assisting with many food drives throughout the year in the community with our local food bank and do my best to support others in their efforts. Our company, Coldwell Banker Elite is also a sponsor for Habitat for Humanity and over the last several years, we have been blessed to join CBE’s Owner, Kevin Breen, in his goals to support this worthy cause. In fact, my office has a huge annual fundraiser in the King George/Colonial Beach area in which many of my clients enjoy attending. I hope to see you there soon!
