We could not be prouder of our agents today! It’s always a great honor to be recognized by the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors but last night, FOUR of our agents won awards! Cindy LeBrun won the FAAR Spirit Award, Mary Ann Bechtold won the FAAR Good Neighbor Award, Danna Middleton won the Silver Circle Award and Gayle Elliot won the Realtor Emeritus Award! We also had four Coldwell Banker Elite agents installed as the incoming Board of Director Members: Ben Keddie from CBE Commercial, Sandra Pearce from the Spotsylvania Office, Drew Fristoe from the Massaponax office and Arlene Mason from the Fredericksburg office! We are absolutely bursting with pride for our amazing agents whose hard work, dedication to the community, and strong leadership are an inspiration to us all!
Mary Ann Bechtold spent many years volunteering in King George County and throughout the entire FAAR service territory. Her fellow Realtors describe her as bright, a team player, honest, ethical, hardworking, and a great friend. She worked tirelessly with an organization in King George County that brings the chance to play football to every child regardless of their circumstances. She’s also deeply committed to the King George High School Football Team, remaining the “Team Mom” long after she had any children in the school system, bringing meals and raising money so players have the equipment they need. Mary Ann also collects significant food contributions for the local food bank. Her service to the community was recognized with the 2016 FAAR Good Neighbor Award, for her significant contributions of time or other resources to the local community. Mary Ann is truly a role model for other association members and we are so proud to have her at our King George office!
Cindy Le Brun’s fifteen years of experience have helped her become the multi-million dollar producer that she is today, but she’s never let that success go to her head. Cindy was awarded the brand-new 2016 Spirit Award for being a constant source of motivation, through enthusiasm and participation, to attend FAAR events. Cindy’s always one of the first to lend a hand setting up and cleaning up special events and can always be counted on to assist with setting up the FAAR store at the Expo. She also served on the Realtor Foundation and has been instrumental selling raffle tickets to support local housing charities. Cindy is always willing to pitch in and help without fanfare! We are so lucky to have her at our Massaponax office and so happy she was recognized this year!
Danna Middleton was awarded the Silver Circle Award for 25 years of continuous membership in FAAR and Gayle Elliot was awarded the Realtor Emeritus Award for 40 years of continuous membership in FAAR! This is an incredible achievement and we are grateful to be able to benefit from their years of experience!
We are also very proud of our incoming Board Members, Arlene Mason, the new Vice President of the Association and Drew Fristoe, the new Treasurer! Ben Keddie joins Sandra Pearce as a 2017 Director! We are looking forward to seeing these strong leaders guide FAAR and help its members advocate for issues impacting real estate.
