I have lived in Stafford County for over 20 years, so I’m very familiar with the surrounding areas, including all of Northern Virginia. I love family time, I’m a father of three wonderful kids who fill my heart with a lot of love and happiness. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, I was a Corporate Manager. Having said that, I understand the importance of treating every client right and delivering exceptional service and listening to my clients wants and needs. I love my job and there is nothing more satisfying to me to see my clients satisfied with my services. Meet Alex
After growing up in Northern Virginia and graduating from Virginia Tech, my wife and I moved to the Fredericksburg area over thirty years ago. We moved from Northern Virginia as a young couple just starting out in our marriage and our careers. We were in search of a less expensive area and enough land to have a horse and plenty of dogs. We live on three acres in southern Stafford in an old renovated farmhouse. We raised our son in southern Stafford County and started an animal hospital in Caroline County where I worked as a practice manager for over twenty years.
When I was the manager of a small business, I prided myself with giving excellent customer service. I learned to work with my clients to meet their goals and stay within their budget and to be able to quickly and efficiently solve whatever problems that might arise. I work hard for my clients. I am ready and willing to help walk you through what at times can be the complicated process of buying or selling your home.
I spend a lot of time walking through the City of Fredericksburg admiring the gorgeous architecture and photographing the people and buildings in town. I really enjoy the history of the area and the friendly people that live here.
In my spare time I enjoy photography, walking, my dogs and road trips around Virginia.

Meet Cameron
Cameron Coleman is a Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate and holds a real estate license in Virginia and Maryland with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. Cameron recently graduated from Salisbury University, a Maryland University of National Distinction, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance.
Cameron spent the summer of 2013 at Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite as an intern shadowing the Vice President of the Commercial Division and working closely with many other Senior Sales Associates. During this time, he worked on several projects that included commercial investments, retail leasing, and medical office buildings.
Cameron is ambitious and will devote all his effort to ensure his clients’ success, happiness and well being in the pursuit of their commercial real estate needs.

Growing up in a Real Estate family definitely made way for some interesting dinner table talk! From a young age, I felt as if I were part of many Real Estate transactions and negotiations. I acquired a first-hand education and a deep understanding of the field prior to any formal instruction. As a result, I eventually found my own way into the industry in 2005, after working in both banking and insurance. I’ve been married for 25 years to my heroic husband Kurt, an Officer with Ft Belvoir Fire & Emergency Medical Services, US Army Base. I am the proud mother of 4 amazing individuals. My first-born daughter is a very brave Leukemia survivor and currently works at a local Law firm, my second daughter is serving in the US Army, and my two youngest teenagers, a son and daughter, are homeschooled and still finding their own way. All have contributed to my hidden grays, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Even motherhood has attributed to my success as a Realtor. The same basic principles apply …. selflessly helping at all hours of the day or night and sticking in there when things get tough. In my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my first grandchild, taking road trips with my family, and finding the best local attractions and restaurants. One of my favorites has been to visit Chip & Joanna Gaines, Magnolia Silos in Waco, Texas. But, really nothing compares to our own hometown of Fredericksburg, VA and I’d love to show you around!

I was born and raised in Germany and am a proud Army Brat. Being raised in a military family granted me the opportunity to travel and interact with people from all walks of life. I love meeting new people and learning all about different cultures. I am known within my family and friends as the “mouth of the south” and a social butterfly. We relocated to Virginia my senior year of high school and I have been living on and off here in Fredericksburg, VA for the past 12 years. I attended George Mason University, where I graduated with a degree in Communication. Go Patriots!
I gained my experience in sales working in banking up graduation. Working in the banking industry allowed me to utilize my communication and listening skills gained in college. It also awarded me the opportunity to work with clients from diverse and high-profile backgrounds. A few things to know; I have a huge sweet tooth, I live for a tall skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks, and can spend hours in a bookstore. I love traveling, snowboarding, architecture, Harry Potter and spending my free time with close friends and family.
