Meet Cheryl

I’m honored to be a realtor with Coldwell Banker Elite and excited at the idea of being able to help you buy or sell a home. Fredericksburg has been my home for almost 20 years. My children grew up here and we have enjoyed the rich history of the Fredericksburg region as we have watched it grow and provide everything we desire in a community. A home is important however, a community is an important component in the home-buying experience. My family and I live in the historic district of Fredericksburg which showcases small town charm, vast history and captivating nature complete with a river. The Riverfest, outdoor concerts, theatre, local artisans, farmer markets and unique restaurants are all part of the allure of Fredericksburg.

Outside of work, I love to knit, read, bird watch, volunteer and roller skate. My street has the old-time flavor so, I’m able to do a lot of things right here at home on my big ole’ porch. Birds are abundant being so close to the river and we definitely have an impressive variety of birds to admire. I volunteer in the local medical clinic and homeless shelter as well as serve on medical mission trips to Central America. I love downhill skiing but, my lifelong passion is being a competitive figure skater. I travel all over the United States and have been living the dream with a team that I consider family.
