Hi there! I’m Cat Dobson. I’m mama to three littles (including a set of twins!) and married to a great guy who is a FXBG native! I grew up in Alexandria, but made the move to Fredericksburg nearly 15 years ago when I showed up in town as a wide-eyed freshman at Mary Washington. After exploring the area during college, I fully fell in love with Fredericksburg and decided to stay forever! I have thoroughly enjoyed getting involved in the community through the years, and love spending time volunteering at my church or helping my daughter read to the sweet kitties at the SPCA. I have a background in interior design and would love to help you stage your home to sell! If you are thinking about selling, call me a few months before you would like to list your home and we can work together to make your home well staged and more marketable.
