My real estate journey began with our LLC partnership, building modular homes and flipping properties. I quickly realized how much I loved working with people and helping them navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. That passion, paired with my earlier 14-year career as a senior administrative professional of a multinational coal corporation, has helped me deliver an organized, executive-level experience to every client. With 20 years of real estate experience and over 36 years as a resident of the area, I bring deep local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a true passion for helping people buy and sell homes. My experience with my personal real estate investments and years in real estate has given me great working knowledge of septic systems, well installations and home inspections. That hands on experience gives my clients an informed edge during property evaluations and negotiations. Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, many of whom have become friends over the years. I’ve been called a “hard worker,” but my favorite compliment is when kids say, “That’s Ms. Cathy! She helped us find our house!” They just makes my heart smile! Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to two amazing adults. Our son is a Naval Aviator with 2 tours on carrier USS Nimitz and now a Naval Test Pilot. Our daughter is a Mining & Mineral Engineer, Manager of Regional Division of Ops Excellence for a major aggregate corporation. My family is my joy! My husband of 35 years is my biggest cheerleader.
