Selling homes is my passion!!! I love working with first time buyers helping them navigate through the process of buying their first home and I love working with high end clientele as well. I have been in the business for 20+ years and have myself sold 100 transactions just in the last 2 years! My specially designed marketing plan has been proven time after time to get you the best money for your home in the shortest amount of time.  I am out showing and listing homes most days of the week so I am well versed on what is available in our community and able to explain market trends in our area in order to get you the best deal. I pride myself on giving special attention to detail and excellent service to my customers. I have helped many families relocate into and out of our area. I, myself transferred here to Richmond, VA 20 years ago so I am compassionate with my clients in trying to assist them in every way possible to make their move a smooth transition. From the Historical District in the Fan to the West End of Henrico and out towards Goochland and Midlothian, are my areas of specialty. My brokerage was awarded the coveted Chairman's Circle  Award again for 2022 and I personally won an International President Circle award as well. My sales in 2021 made me the #6 agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia out of 941 Coldwell Banker agents.
