I am Nancy Cooper. In 1972 my father, having retired from the Navy, moved his family from Pennsylvania to the charming riverfront town of Colonial Beach, VA. and I am still here! As they say, “Once you get the sand between your toes, you’ll never want to leave. I guess that’s what happened to me. I am both happy and thankful to call Colonial Beach home. Here I met my wonderful husband, graduated from the nearby University of Mary Washington, and raised two great children! Once they were both in school, I taught Kindergarten for eight years. Looking for a change, I switched gears in 2008 and began my career in Real Estate. Just as with teaching, I strive to be attentive, patient, kind and meticulous, making sure my clients’ needs are met. Always wanting to grow and learn new ways to best represent them, I am so very happy to be with Coldwell Banker Elite, a company focused on exceptional service to clients, customers and employees.
