As a former certified mortgage underwriter and a Senior Sales Executive, with a combined 30 years of experience, I understand the market and how to best serve my customers. As a sales professional, I have applied my knowledge to closing deals with high customer satisfaction, having been recognized repeatedly for superior customer service. I believe that building good customer relationships is the recipe for success, both mine and yours. I specialize in serving the northern Shenandoah Valley as well as Prince William and Fauquier counties, having called these areas home for over 40 years. I have enjoyed giving back to my community through serving as a Scout Leader in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) since 2004, being a lector in my church since 1993, and emceeing for an annual national education conference since 2005. While working with Fortune 150 companies, I received certifications in a vast array of sales negotiations as well as multiple recognitions for exceeding sales goals, including recognitions in the distinguished President’s Club, During my 13 years in the mortgage industry, I held positions in underwriting, quality control, fraud investigation, and the approval of appraisers. As mentioned above, I enjoy serving my community through Scouting. Having served in multiple positions within the BSA, I am also an Eagle Scout and have been awarded both Scout Leader of the Year and the District Award of Merit.
