Meet Sherry. Hi, I am Sherry Payne. I have been a licensed agent since the fall of 2001 with Stafford Coldwell Banker Elite. I am a high-energy, hardworking agent who considers it a privilege to be entrusted by my clients with the buying or selling of their home. It is a process. My husband and I raised our three children in Stafford and have been residents for nearly 30 years. I’ve seen it grow by leaps and bounds and become one of the most desirable areas to call home in the metro area. I am familiar with the neighborhoods, both existing and new construction; schools, both public and private; commuting options for the area; and current market values. Also, over the years, I have developed great long-term relationships with other real estate agents, lenders, and settlement companies.
