It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you and thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about my business and personal biography. A lifetime Virginia native, I was born and raised in Vienna; graduated with a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg and moved to Fredericksburg in 1992 where I have raised three children and am active in its community.
I have been a full time, licensed real estate agent since 1992 and received my broker’s license in 2008. Additional designations I’ve earned to better serve my clients include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), Certified Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist and am a graduate of the Historic Real Estate Program offered through the National Trust for Historic Preservation. I am a lifetime member of our local board of Realtors “Top Producer’s Club”, am a consecutive office Top Producer and have been an annual recipient of Coldwell Banker International awards.
Being active in the community has always played an important role in my daily life. Currently I volunteer with the Fredericksburg Area Service League that raises money to serve area children; The Washington Heritage Museum which strives to maintain historic sites in downtown Fredericksburg and with my church. My hobbies include golf and running and I am a member of the Lee’s Hill Ladies Golf League and the Fredericksburg Area Running Club.
Through my many years of helping clients buy and sell homes, I have developed and refined many systems to provide a smooth transaction which includes incorporating the latest technology coupled with hiring specialists where needed. I can proudly state that 85% of my business is linked directly to past clients, personal referrals and name recognition.
