As the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Elite’s downtown Fredericksburg office, I have the distinct privilege of coaching and training some of the best agents in the industry. I am a licensed real estate educator, and my role is to help our agents build sustainable, predictable businesses. This leadership position holds me to an even higher standard. It means I’m not just aware of market trends; I’m responsible for teaching them. It means I don’t just follow best practices; I help define them for our brokerage. In 2025, In addition to receiving many sales accolades over the years, I’ve also been honored to have been the “Manager of the Year”, multiple years from my brokerage as well as from the Fredericksburg area association of Realtors. This is a recognition from my peers that means the world to me.
My expertise is backed by some of the industry’s most respected credentials, including the Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI), the National Trust for Historic Preservantion’s Historic Real Estate Seminar certifiction, and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation plus many others. My roots in Fredericksburg run deep. I don’t just work here; I live, volunteer, and invest in our community. I understand the nuances of our neighborhoods, from the historic downtown streets to the quiet cul-de-sacs, because this is my home, too. When not at work, you can find me jogging through the downtown streets, playing golf on one of the area’s many lovely courses, or enjoying one of Fredericksburg’s many fine restaurants. Because of my love for historic properties, I have been a supporter and volunteer of the Washington Heritage Museum and am also a member of the St George’s Episcopal Church and its ECW Chapter.
