Studio Apartment is a detached apartment on the premises of the Landord. Single occupant only.

No Pets, no smoking and/or vaping allowed in the unit, or on the property at all. Must love animals! Landlord has numerous cats that roam the property.

Landlord prefers a tenant credit score of 650 or higher.
Renter to provide proof of Renter's Insurance.

The electric usage is a combination of usage between both houses. Tenant is responsible for half of the combined electric bill.
