Meet Sherry
Hi, I am Sherry Payne. I have been a licensed agent since the fall of 2001 with Stafford Coldwell Banker Elite. I am a high-energy, hardworking agent that considers it a privilege to be entrusted by my clients with the buying or selling of their home. It is a process. My goal is to make it a smooth transaction moving from one step to the next with ease resulting in a successful settlement and a pleased client.

My husband and I raised our three children in Stafford and have been residents for nearly 30 years. I’ve seen it grow by leaps and bounds and become one of the most desirable areas to call home in the Metro area. I with familiar with the neighborhoods both existing and new construction, schools both public and private, commuting options for the area and current market values. Also, over the years I have developed great long term relationships with other real estate agents, lenders, and settlements companies.
