I am originally from the DC area and have lived in the Fredericksburg Area since 1987. I started in the property management industry in 1988 and have been with Coldwell Banker since 2011. I love being with my family, especially hanging with my grandchildren. I enjoy spending time outdoors, walking my two dogs (my neighbors call ponies). I most particularly enjoy being near the ocean; walking the beach, surf fishing, boating and blue water fishing.

I have worked in the construction/home building field for most of my life after a brief career working in a coal mine. I have been with property management since 2013. I enjoy sports and spending time in the outdoors.
