Meet Allen
I was born into a proud U.S. military family in Wiesbaden, Germany. Growing up fortunate enough to visit most of Europe, I developed an affinity for architecture, and all different types of housing. Years of traveling and moving lead to an interest in real estate from a very young age.
Starting my professional career at a law firm, I eventually made another move to North Carolina and began working in the marketing field for one of the nation’s largest banks. With over ten years of experience, I am a seasoned marketing strategist with expertise in the latest sales techniques and technology.
In 2007, I re-located to Virginia and fell in love with the area and decided to settle down. After volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and seeing the transformation that home ownership makes in a family’s life, I decided to make the lifelong dream of working in real estate a reality.
Since entering the Real Estate industry, I was the Rookie of the Month for four months in my first year and I received the distinction of being the Top Rookie of the Month for the entire year and was the number two Rookie of the Year for the entire Northern Virginia region for Long & Foster Realtors. I am a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and have obtained the designations for SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) along with being an eAgent and a Relocation Specialist.
I am licensed to sell in all of Virginia and specialize in the Northern Virginia region, having sold homes from Winchester to Arlington and most cities in between. I can also refer agents all across the country and have a great network of resources including attorneys, contractors, movers, Insurance agents and others, that I would be happy to share.
