Disillusioned with the existing brokerages, in 1980 Kevin Breen opened Coldwell Banker Carriage House (operated out of an actual carriage house!) and began to fulfill his dream for a real estate brokerage committed to integrity, professionalism, community involvement and going above and beyond for the client.
