What does home mean to me? To me, a home is more than just a building, it is…the memories I’ve made sitting in my favorite spot by the fire unwrapping Christmas presents, the love my dad poured into every beam and floorboard he used when building my childhood home, and that one spot at the bottom of the stairs where my dog loves to sleep.
Home is all about the people and memories you collect while living in a certain place. Recognizing the importance of a home, my clients can rely on my expertise to help them:
• Find a place where they can thrive and make memories with the people they love
• Start a new chapter in their lives by selling a home that doesn’t fit their needs anymore
Throughout my life, I have had many different homes. Born and raised in Loveland, Colorado, where I lived with my parents and older sister, I loved the raw, natural beauty that Colorado offered, but was ready to explore the world on my own. I moved to western Massachusetts for college, trading my mountain home with family for a new home surrounded by colorful forests, open farmland, and a new, chosen family in my division 1 soccer team. Four years of commitment, an unwavering work ethic, and exemplary time management skills as a student athlete culminated in two bachelor’s degrees (Geology and Psychology). Finally, after moving around some more after college, I landed in Fredericksburg, VA.
Throughout my home searches, I discovered my passion for finding a place not just to live, but one where I could thrive, which ultimately led to a career in real estate. By creating meaningful connections with my clients, understanding their unique needs, demonstrating hard work, tenacity, and grit, my hope is that my journey can be a catalyst to help you with your home buying and/or selling needs.
