Hello! I’m Jessica Anthony, Managing Broker of the King
George and Colonial Beach offices here at Coldwell Banker Elite. When I’m not
in the office you can catch me on the football field cheering on my two sons,
or on the river boating, fishing, or shark tooth hunting. I met my husband and
moved to the area 18 years ago. We started off in Colonial Beach and moved to
King George 7 years ago. We loved both communities and feel so grateful to be
able to raise our family here.

My love for this area of the Northern Neck and
our experience through purchasing our second house led me straight into a
career in Real Estate. With a heart for service and a passion for helping
people find “HOME”, I grew a successful business. The saying, “We Rise by
Lifting Others”, guided my career in a new direction as I began mentoring and
coaching my fellow agents; eventually becoming the Director of Agent
Development and now Managing two local offices for one of the top brokerages in
the region. It’s my privilege to remain busy helping families buy and sell in
our area. I’m honored to help grow our local agents, ensuring an exceptional
level of service for all clients in our communities

Jessica Anthony made the process of buying a house from across the country as stress free as possible. She was always available to answer any question; even a question that was not related to her job. I must of called her a thousand times and she either answered or called me back within 30 minutes. I called her on a Sunday at 8 pm. Not only did she answer, but she talked me through the issue I was having. After talking to her for about 15 minutes she asked if she had answered all my questions and I answered yes. She then told me that she needed to get back to her son's birthday party. I felt terrible for bothering her during a family event, but she did not mind taking the call and didn't tell me it was her son's birthday until the call was over. I have called her several times since we closed on the house with questions and she is still there to help. Jessica Anthony is an amazing person who truly cares about her clients. I cannot speak highly enough about her or my experience from working with her. When we sell the house we are in she is the only person we will list it with. She truly is amazing.

I don't normally provide reviews/endorsements as I tend to be pretty stingy in doling out praise. But in this case, it's well deserved. If you're in the market to buy and/or sell a home, please consider Jessica Anthony as your agent. She's been both my buyer's and seller's agent, and I can't say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient she has been through all of the various stages. She takes a very proactive approach to marketing her clients' homes through multiple listing services, online advertisements, flyers, and open houses. She provides sound advice on how to ready and stage the home, ensures professional quality photos are taken, and truly goes the extra mile to attract potential buyers. My favorite example: immediately after this year's big snow storm, with a foot of snow still on the ground, several agents contacted Jessica to arrange showing appointments. Knowing the snow was going to be a problem (the house was vacant and I was 75 miles away still snowed in), she immediately hired someone to come in and clear the driveway/sidewalks. I only found out a few days later after she told me that we had over a dozen showings in the days that followed that storm. Her numerous efforts resulted in a ratified contract in less than a month, during what is typically a very slow time of year for home sales. Thanks Jessica!
