About Me
Hello! I’m Ramina, a dedicated and detail-oriented real estate agent with a strong commitment to guiding you through the buying, selling, or renting process with ease and care. I bring a fresh perspective, a deep sense of responsibility, and a wide range of life experience to every client I serve.
Since beginning my real estate journey, I’ve completed all required PLE courses and earned both the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certifications. These tools allow me to better serve clients with specialized needs—whether pricing a home accurately or supporting military families in transition.
Before real estate, I worked as an electrician—doing everything from wiring to soldering. That hands-on work taught me the importance of precision, patience, and problem-solving, all of which I now bring to my real estate practice.
I’ve lived in Virginia for nearly eight years, moving from Vienna to Stafford in 2022. Before that, my family and I lived in another Vienna—Austria!—as part of our journey from Tehran, Iran, to the United States.
My husband Yeprem and I have been married for 35 years, and we are so proud of our two daughters, Zoya and Sonya. In our free time, we love gardening and growing vegetables, herbs, and spices—something we enjoy just as much as making a house a home.
I’m fluent in Farsi, Armenian, and Assyrian, and I’m always happy to work with clients in the language that makes them feel most at home. Your comfort and understanding are my priorities.
Whether you’re buying your first home or selling your last, I’ll be right by your side—transparent, attentive, and always ready to help. Let’s make this journey smooth, successful, and even enjoyable.
