I have extensive training in marketing and Social media, not to mention I’m a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Seller Representative specialist and a Certified Corporate Relocation specialist which allows me to work with USAA and Navy Federal members through the Affinity rewards program. I am tenacious in pursuing the outcome of what my buyers and sellers seek in purchasing or selling a home. I keep myself up to date on all the changes that affect the area and issues that will affect your home sale. My greatest attribute is my ability to relate and communicate with others. I can quickly establish a rapport with my clients, which enables me to quickly assess their needs, and create a realistic set of goals, formulate a strategy, and keep my clients informed every step of the way, from the first meeting to the closing table. I am their advisor and advocate as we navigate our way through this process.
My husband and I moved quite a bit over the years, and finally decided to place our roots for our 3 children in Virginia. Having 2 children in Elementary and 1 in Middle School, I am very hands on in their school environments. I love hosting get togethers for friends and family and I love to cook. My favorite season is Spring where I love to be outdoors and love seeing all the flowers, which makes me wish I had a green thumb!
