Position: Managing Broker – Gainesville, Virginia
For years you’ve been thinking about what you would do differently if you were a managing broker and now may be your chance to do those very things. Coldwell Banker Elite is looking for the right leader to grow, develop and coach real estate professionals in our Gainesville, VA office. For over 40 years Coldwell Banker Elite has been developing industry leaders and equipping them to reach their potential.
Our leadership team is a innovative and contemporary group of professionals who are focused on helping those who trust us to find their success. We ensure that our leadership team and agents fulfil our mission to provide consumers with unparalleled, ethical and innovative service.
The professional that will be chosen to fill this leadership role must be focused on agent development, highly proficient on all tools and resources available to agents both digitally and analog. This role requires active recruitment and retention efforts with an emphasis on office growth. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of real estate law, the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and standard contract practices. All members of our leadership team are educators, coaches and mentors.
Preferred candidates will possess national REALTOR® designations, be involved in their industry and have a good reputation with other industry partners. An Association Broker’s license in the Commonwealth of Virginia, acceptable background check and at least four years of full-time engagement in the industry are required. The candidate must be technically proficient in industry technology and able to teach concepts to agents.
Compensation includes a base salary, recruitment bonuses, office production bonuses and medical benefits. Managing Brokers are permitted to actively work with consumers should they desire to do so and the real estate activities do not conflict with the broker’s primary duty to the firm.
This is an in-person, onsite position.
