Alanda is the best real estate agent I have ever had, and I've had a lot! She is down to earth, knowledgeable, practical, and clearly VERY invested in working hard for her clients! I knew she was going to level with us as we walked through several houses; she could always point out things behind the scenes that might need work. When we found our dream home, she gave us an honest opinion of it, and we knew we could trust her expertise! When going through the process of buying or selling a home (we are in process of both) you end up spending a LOT of time with your realtor - in person and on the phone. Alanda always spent the time we needed. We never felt rushed, but she also respected our time and didn't drag things out. She was on top of scheduling everything that went along with buying our house - from home inspection to septic to termites! It is so helpful to have someone spearheading all of those appointments so they don't get away from you. She helped us move along quickly in the process... We actually closed in less than 30 days. This is the sixth house I've purchased in my lifetime. Alanda is far and away the best Realtor I've ever worked with, buying or selling. We didn't just feel like she was working for us, but that she was working WITH us. It felt like it all mattered every bit as much to her as to us. I can sing her praises across the board in literally every aspect, but the things that made all the difference for me were: (1.) realistic, open, honest, and communicates clearly; (2.) looks ahead and anticipates the next steps and the next questions; (3.) is very clearly looking out for my best interests, is firm with the seller, and is realistic with me; and (4.) helped me find and connect with reliable, qualified, and easy to work with contractors for my needs AFTER closing, too. Alanda is great! I hope this is my last house. But if for any reason it's not, I'll give Alanda a call first. My suggestion? Look out for yourself by getting Alanda to work with you.
