Carla was amazing! She was very responsive and made sure the seller, builders, etc wasn’t taken advantage of me. You cannot go wrong with Carla. She really knows the market and the business. My wife and I were very impressed with her. She’s also friendly and professional. Whenever we had questions she was quick to respond. Thanks to her we found a great house in our price range, which took away a lot of the stress in moving to a new town for my job. And when we had last minute hiccups with our lender, she was able to step us through the process, identify a way forward, and we were able to close on time. We cannot thank her enough for all she did for us.

Carla was fantastic. As first time homebuyers she really too great care of us. She identified several houses for us throughout the region to look at, which was really helpful since we were new to the area. We literally had dozens of houses to choose from. Carla was very patient with us, and took the time to explain everything so we knew what was going on. We found a house we liked our first day viewing (it was the fourth of five houses we visited that day), and she helped us submit a successful bid that came in under the listed price. When we had hiccups getting final approval for a mortgage, she took charge, identified alternative options, and made it possible for us to close on time. She was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Carla was absolutely phenomenal in helping us locate our home! This was no easy task as there was an ocean between us and a six hour time difference. She video called us so we could view the home, and when the network wouldn’t support the call, she would record a video tour of the home. Then send us the videos so we could discuss what we liked or didn’t like. Carla was very patient, understanding and her knowledge of the market helped us make a favorable offer below asking price!

Working with Carla was a breath of fresh air. My wife and moved from VA to NH as part of a relocation package. So being 500 miles away isn’t always easy. Carla was very knowledgeable of the Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. Her vast experience was evident as she sent daily information on the new properties, which made purchasing a home from out of state much easier. After meeting with her and seeing some homes, I felt that she completely understood our needs and wants. She was our eyes and ears when we could not physically see all the properties and we felt completely comfortable that she represented us well. She was both patient and responsive to our ever-changing ideas, but also was invaluable source of realistic expectations. We cannot recommend Carla Criscuolo high enough and would definitely seek her our again in the future.

Wonderful home buying experience!! Carla was not only recommended by long time friends in the Fredericksburg Area, but also by my bank's Home Assistance Program which caters to military and veterans. I worked with Carla for over a year while I sold a house, secured a rental in a new area and had a new home built. She guided me the entire way making sure I was aware of the new home buying process, county requirements, title and insurance information and home option ROI.... which all could have been very stressful. Carla was meticulous, responsive, patient and courteous. She knows the Fredericksburg/Stafford housing market very well, which made me feel confident in my purchase. Carla was right there with me in the planning phase conversations with the homebuilder, asking the questions that I never would have thought to. It was a wonderful experience and I am thankful that Carla is now my go to Real Estate Professional!
