Christina Burroughs has always had a passion for helping others and serving her community. She continues to grow her real estate business in the King George, Westmoreland, Caroline, and Fredericksburg regions of Virginia. Christina is a graduate of Notre Dame of Maryland University where she earned a Master of Arts degree in Teaching. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Deaf Studies and an Associate of Arts degree in Communications. Christina is fluent in American Sign Language. While completing her education, Christina was a training specialist for a local sheriff's office, where she conducted training and managed the online training website for both sworn and correctional officers to maintain their certifications. After completing her graduate education, she became an English teacher with a secondary education certification in English.
Christina uses her mastery of the English language to better serve her real estate clients, particularly when questions regarding the Residential Sales Contract arise. Her desire to be a life-long learner is evident in her practice as a real estate professional. After six years as a top producing REALTOR®, she earned her real estate broker license from the Virginia Real Estate Board. She holds several real estate designations, including Military Relocation Professional and Accredited Buyer’s Representative. Before joining Coldwell Banker Elite, Christina served as the managing broker at a local real estate brokerage and continues to serve her clients by providing an honest, informed, and smooth real estate experience. She is an active member in her community; she has served as PTA President at a local school, volunteered in classrooms, published community magazines with a readership of over 30,000, sponsored local youth organizations, and donates to local charities regularly.
