I’m Derek Ingalls, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Elite. For the past 10 years, I’ve been helping buyers and sellers in Fredericksburg, Virginia and the surrounding counties navigate the real estate process with confidence. A Little About Me
I’ve lived in Spotsylvania County my entire life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This community means everything to me — it’s where I was raised, where I built my life, and where I’m proud to do business every day.
Family is at the center of everything I do. I met my wife in high school — and somehow, she’s still putting up with me 37 years later. We have two wonderful daughters who have blessed us with three amazing grandsons that remind us every week what life is really about. Those boys have my whole heart.
I also have a deep personal respect for our military families. My son serves in the Armed Forces, and our family is grateful every single day for those who serve. If you’re working through a PCS move or a VA loan, know that you’re in caring and capable hands.
When we’re not with family, you’ll find us out exploring small towns and digging through antique shops — it never gets old. I’m a sports fan, a classic car lover, a proud dog dad, and someone who genuinely believes a good laugh can fix just about anything.
