From over a decade as a bartender and bar manager to roles as a massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, and fitness instructor, I've spent over twenty years learning how to read people, ask the right questions, and guide them through complex decisions with clarity.

My favorite moment in this work doesn't happen at the closing table. It happens earlier, when something shifts and a client stops thinking about the transaction and starts imagining their life. Paint colors, furniture, family nights, fresh starts. That's when I know we found it. I work toward that moment with every single client.
I grew up in Spotsylvania and know the Fredericksburg region inside and out, from Ashland in the south through Stafford and into Northern Virginia, not from a map, but from living and working here as a real estate agent.
Outside of real estate, I'm unapologetically a nerd. Think Lord of the Rings marathons, Disney deep-dives, long board game nights, D&D campaigns, and rainy Sunday video games, all shared with my husband and our three very opinionated dogs: Atlas, Gizmo, and Ghost.
You might see me around in my bright blue car covered in cherry blossom stickers. They represent new beginnings, which is what this work is really about. As a leukemia survivor, I understand uncertainty and the value of having someone steady, honest, and fully invested guiding you through it.
