Born in Upstate New York and raised around the world as a proud military brat, I had the unique privilege of growing up in places like Rota, Spain and Manila, Philippines. Those experiences taught me the value of adaptability, connection, and community. Qualities that continue to guide me today.

After years in Northern Virginia, my family and I relocated to the Fredericksburg area in search of that perfect balance of a small town feel with big city opportunities. I’m married with a blended family of 5 kids and 2 amazing grandchildren who remind me every day why a home matters so much.
