Life does not always unfold the way we imagined—but sometimes the next chapter becomes the most beautiful one yet.
Finding the right home can feel a lot like finding love. You may think you have found “the one,” only to discover something important is missing. Then sometimes, the place you almost overlooked becomes the one that feels just right.
That is why I believe the search should begin with more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It should begin with you.
What brings you peace? What makes you feel secure? What do you need in this season of your life? Whether you are relocating, starting a family, downsizing, serving in the military, rebuilding after change, or simply ready for something new, your home should reflect who you are becoming—not only where you have been.
Life has taken me from Philly to Arizona, California, Florida, North Carolina, Texas now Virginia. I have been an educator, author, salon owner, military spouse, mother of three, and now “CoCo” to two beautiful grandchildren. Every chapter has taught me how important it is to listen closely, communicate clearly, and meet people where they are.
I also understand what it means to begin again. After losing my husband and high school sweetheart, I had to learn that healing does not mean forgetting. It means making room for hope, growth, joy, and new possibilities.
That lesson guides the way I serve.
I am not here to rush you into a house. I am here to help you recognize the place that feels like home—the place where your heart can rest, heal, grow, and dream again.
Wherever life is taking you, I would be honored to help guide your heart home.
