Meet Tia

I was born and raised in Germany and am a proud Army Brat. Being raised in a military family granted me the opportunity to travel and interact with people from all walks of life. I love meeting new people and learning all about different cultures. I am known within my family and friends as the “mouth of the south” and a social butterfly. We relocated to Virginia my senior year of high school and I have been living on and off here in Fredericksburg, VA for the past 12 years. I attended George Mason University, where I graduated with a degree in Communication. Go Patriots!

I gained my experience in sales working in banking up graduation. Working in the banking industry allowed me to utilize my communication and listening skills gained in college. It also awarded me the opportunity to work with clients from diverse and high-profile backgrounds. A key to my success as a Personal Banker was relationship building and taking the time to not only know who I was working with, but truly understand my client’s wants and needs.

I have always had a strong desire to help others and love finding solutions for my clients to help them achieve their goals. With a constant itch to obtain my Real Estate License and work with buyer and sellers, I finally took the leap and became a Licensed Realtor in Virginia. My desire is to build strong, long-lasting relationships and become a trusted resource for my clients.

I want to make your experience as thorough and efficient as possible. And as a retired Army Brat I completely understand military relocation and will work with you to make a normally stressful situation a smooth transition.

I love living in the Fredericksburg area and getting out exploring all that the city has to offer. From running the trails along the Rappahannock, shopping at the antique shops downtown, and attending First Friday’s I love living in the area.

A few things to know; I have a huge sweet tooth, I live for a tall skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks, and can spend hours in a bookstore. I love traveling, snowboarding, architecture, Harry Potter and spending my free time with close friends and family.
